ADDITIONAL NOTES:
(1) Pine Valley's basic is for 2 people with additional charge for all others over age 12. All people must be listed on the registration form.
(2) This includes the use of up to two air conditioner units and additional electric equaling a total combined draw of no more than 50 amps.
(3) As determined by management. See map shown below.
(4) Additional person is someone arriving with, or a dependent of, the registered camper and staying in their principal camping unit overnight.
(5) Yearly storage in the storage area is $250 and extends from September 1st through August 31st.
(6) A one week notice is required for a refund of a regular deposit, less a $20.00 service charge. Holiday deposits are NOT refundable.
(7) All visitors must stop, register, and receive vehicle identification at the office before going to the site. The visitor charge may be refunded if visitor leaves campground within 15 minutes.
