Invest in a Business Opportunity and New Lifestyle for You and Your Family!

The current owners desire to retire after operating the campground for 35 years, and would like to invite you to consider the possibility of investing in a business opportunity and new lifestyle for you and your family!

Not only is this campground close to major highways (Interstates 81, 88 and 86 - currently Route 17), it is close to the urban core and conveniences of the Binghamton, NY area.

This is a seasonal business, and because of this, it can afford you the opportunity to spend the winters in a warmer climate as the present owners do.

IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE A BUSINESS AND LIFESTYLE YOU'VE BEEN DREAMING ABOUT, PLEASE CONTACT THE OWNERS AT THE ABOVE LISTED ADDRESS, PHONE, OR EMAIL.

MAJOR APPEAL OF THE CAMPGROUND:

Beautiful setting (campers do tell us “It’s the prettiest park we’ve seen”. Rural setting close to the urban area. Its proximity to the Interstate system (Routes 17(86), 81, and 88).

IF WE CONTINUED TO OWN THE PROPERTY, THE NEXT MAJOR PROJECT:
